Who is responsible for the app
Mission Tables, an app for learning the times tables aimed at children aged 9 to 10, is published by VLS under the VinzNco name. Contact: contact.pro@vinzaudio.fr.
What stays on your device
The app stores the following locally, on the device and nowhere else:
- the first name entered for each game and the name of each save (six at most);
- progress on the grids of the three modes;
- settings: language, sounds, light voice.
This information is never sent to the developer or to anyone else. A save can be deleted from the “Open another game” list, and everything is removed when the app is uninstalled.
Like any app's data, it may be included in the device backup you have turned on yourself (iCloud on iPhone and iPad, Google backup on Android). Those backups belong to your Apple or Google account: the developer has no access to them.
A first name is all that is needed to play: there is no need to enter a surname.
The save file
Only when you ask, “Export” creates a file containing the save name, the first name and the progress. It is placed in the Files app (iPhone, iPad) or in the Documents folder (Android), then the system share sheet offers to send it elsewhere: you choose where it goes, and the app sends nothing on its own. “Open a saved game file” reads a file you have chosen, on the device.
What is not collected
The app asks for no e-mail address, date of birth or phone number. It creates no account and shows no advertising. It uses no analytics, tracking or profiling tools, and includes no third-party software kit of that kind. It does not access the microphone, camera, photos, contacts or location. It contains no links to social media or to other websites.
Offline use
The voices, sounds, drawings and text for all thirteen languages ship with the app. It works entirely without an internet connection and exchanges no data with any server.
Voices
The lines spoken by Falko, the character who dictates the sums, are recordings installed with the app. Nothing is recorded and no audio is sent to any server.
In-app purchase
A future version will offer a single, one-time purchase, “The Complete Adventure”, with no subscription. It will be processed by Apple on the App Store and by Google on Google Play, entirely on their side: no payment details pass through the app or reach the developer, who receives only aggregated, anonymous sales figures. The purchase screen will sit behind a parental gate to prevent purchases by a child. A connection will only be needed to make or restore that purchase.
Children
Mission Tables is made for children. Since no personal data is collected, no data about a child is collected either. The app has been designed to meet the requirements that apply to apps for children: the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including its rules on minors, the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the rules of the App Store Kids category and those of the Google Play Families programme. A parent or legal guardian may write at any time to contact.pro@vinzaudio.fr.
Your rights
The GDPR grants rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. In practice, the developer holds no personal data, so there is nothing to access, correct or delete on its side. Data kept on the device can be deleted from within the app or by uninstalling it. Questions may be sent to contact.pro@vinzaudio.fr. You may also contact the data protection authority in your country.
This website
This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, United States). It sets no cookies, runs no scripts and loads no external resources — no fonts, no maps, no share buttons. Only the host's technical logs record connections, under its own terms.
Changes
Any change to this policy will be published on this page before it takes effect, with a revised update date.
